Raised in the small town of Salem, South Carolina, Phillip Scheindlinger’s journey into the automotive world started long before Europower GVL was created. Growing up on a farm and moving across the country — from Charleston and Savannah to Pittsburgh, Louisiana, Texas, and Long Island — gave him a diverse perspective and relentless drive that would later define his approach to performance engineering.

From an early age, Phillip was obsessed with cars. Whether watching shows like Monster Garage or building and modifying vehicles in games like Need for Speed, automotive performance quickly became more than a hobby — it became a lifelong passion.

While attending Texas A&M University, Phillip immersed himself deeper into the automotive industry before eventually taking over Eurocharged Performance, where he helped elevate the brand within the European performance world. Determined to master the science behind modern engine management, he later attended EFI University in Lake Havasu, Arizona, earning a degree in Engine Re-Calibration along with an ECU-Tek Master Tuner Certification.

Over the years, Phillip has built multiple record-setting vehicles within the BMW community and became known for pushing boundaries in European performance tuning. His work helped reshape how enthusiasts view reliability, drivability, and high-performance engineering. Specializing in Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz platforms, he became recognized for innovation within the industry — including being one of the first to successfully implement full E85 fueling on Mercedes-Benz applications in 2020.

Today, Europower GVL combines that lifelong passion, technical expertise, and real-world experience to deliver premium European and exotic vehicle performance, tuning, and maintenance solutions built around precision, reliability, and results.
